Red Lion

Traditional, friendly village pub set on a green. The Red Lion was refurbished and reopened as a free house in 2012; it has a smart, but comfortable interior - see how many toby jugs you can spot. A good selection of home-made food is served all week, with a carvery on Sunday and Tuesday lunchtime; Thursday evening is steak night. There are regular, well-supported quizzes and darts matches. Outside is a spacious garden with plenty of seating, a smoking shelter and a children's play area.
