Golden Key

Opening hours

This pub dates from 1480 when it was known as the Cock. There is a main bar area, adjacent dining areas and a popular "drinkers' grotto". There's a small outside patio at the front. Classic, well cooked British food features strongly but not to the detriment of fine beer on sale. Fresh water and biscuits are available free to hounds. There's a large car-park to the rear. The nearest bus stop is on the Main road through the village. The pub opens from 12-11 every day in the summer.
