Shore Hotel

Former brew pub,The Shore was fully internally refurbished in Feb. '21 and is now under new management. It consists of a one roomed bar area,but there are plans for a restaurant and hotel to be built to the rear of the pub,where the former microbrewery used to be. The Shore still stocks Bosun bitter (house beer) uniquely as before, but it is now brewed by Bushy's brewery remotely. There are picturesque views over the adjacent river and the pub is close to Laxey harbour. There is a greater emphasis on dining but the Shore remains a relaxed local for those just wanting a drink. Note as of April '21 accommodation had been temporarily suspended pending further development and building work at the pub, where a significant investment is underway. The previous owner is temporarily living above where the brewery was.
