A 1930s pub, located between Halifax and Bradford on an awkward road junction in the middle of Shelf village. Popular with people of all ages, it consists of three areas, one of which contains a pool table. The large pleasant garden, with its children's play area, borders onto the local cricket pitch. There's live music, discos or karaoke, pub quizzes, games nights on Mondays and a large screen television.
