An attractive stone-built pub with much exposed stonework inside. The emphasis is very much on food, but the drinker is also well catered for. The main bar is complemented by a dining room, a snug and the main restaurant - the latter which is in a converted barn. An extensive range of freshly-prepared food is offered (not Sun eve), from a sandwich menu at lunchtimes through to full a la carte.
