An ancient rural pub which has been in the same family for over eighty years. The Dragon’s has an historic Tap Room, for which time has stood still since it was re- constructed in 1838. It has remained virtually unchanged since the 19th Century and features in the CAMRA publication Britain's Best Real Heritage Pubs. Lovely enclosed garden to the rear and roadside seating. There can be no doubt as to the name of this pub when you observe all the dragons scattered around the bar and there is even an outside hidden dragon that can only be seen by walking around the bend from the pub and looking over a hedge (beware of the traffic).
