Refurbished and reopened under the Craft Union brand in January 2020. Carpeted throughout with a raised stage area at the back with pool table and darts board. At the front of the pub there is an old Knaresborough map up on the ceiling. Multiple keg fonts cater largely for lager and John Smith's drinkers but there are now two handpumps serving well priced Yorkshire ales.
