Royal Oak

Located at the far end of the village just before the steep ascent up Greenhow Hill. It has one large open plan room although the entrance has two doors, presumably they used to lead to two different bars. The room has a stone-flagged floor with a wood burning stove, there is a dart board over one of the fireplaces and it has wheelback chairs at Britannia tables. There is a patio outside and over the road at the front with views over the village and the Dale.
