Rooster's Taproom

Tap room at the new Rooster's brewery in Hornbeam Park opened May 2019, three months in advance of the relocation of the brewery from its former Knaresborough site. Large open room with wooden bench tables, and to one side a large viewing window onto the brewery. There is an outdoor area at the rear with bench tables, some on hardstanding and some on a raised grass area. Serves eight cask ales, together with eight keg lines, and cans and bottles too, as well as a selection of wine, cider, spirits and soft drinks.
