George Inn

This family-run village local is going from strength to strength since becoming a free house in late 2012, and is former winner of the local CAMRA Rural Pub of the Year. The pub hosts regular pie and pea walks, with a reward of home-made food at the end. Other entertainment includes jazz on a Thursday and folk on the first and third Mondays as well as occasional traditional sings arounds. Walkers and dogs are welcome, and families until 8:30pm.
