In December 2014, Noble’s bar and restaurant, originally known as the Star Hotel Slaithwaite, was taken over by Alan Noble, together with his son Robert. The family have done a total refurbishment. The interior design has a contemporary feel but with original features restored and emphasised. A pub at heart, the bar aims to cater for local drinkers and food lovers alike with an informal, lively atmosphere. Always four and up to six cask ales on sale.
