Modern estate pub at the heart of the local community. Essentially one large open-plan space but with many nooks and crannies. Large outside area with beer garden. Popular lunchtimes with a good-value menu, quieter in the evenings except when entertainment is laid on. Landlord is keen on real ale and achieved LocAle accreditation by featuring a rotating beer from Andwell. Live music on Saturday evening, quiz night Thursday and a charity meat raffle on Friday. The pub was successfully registered as an Asset of Community Value in April 2017.
