Rose & Olive Branch

Opening hours

Refurbished in shades which suit the name, with comfy sofa and chairs in one corner, bar stools and tables and chairs. Food served including a daily special, as well as barrisata style teas and coffees. Outisde seating in garden at rear, and patio at front for alfresco drinking. The unusual name of this old beer house derives from the English Civil War, when there was an exchange of a rose and an olive branch at a local peace treaty.
