Red Lion

Revitalised after a succession of landlords, the current licensee is committed to one or two changing real ales and have reintroduced food including a Sunday roast. It is said that this is the site of the earliest pub in Aldershot, though the current pub was built in a magnificent mock Tudor style in 1928. The long bar encompasses three distinct drinking areas with real fires available in all. There is a car park behind and a secluded garden to the side, albeit with some road noise.
