The Fox is situated in the centre of the historic village. The 18th Century building was originally a coaching inn, but today is a typical village pub with a warm and friendly atmosphere, enhanced by the real fire in winter. The large historical skittle alley has been converted into a 60 cover restaurant, boasting a beautiful artwork along one wall, specialising in local, seasonal fayre. The pub caters for families and has a large enclosed garden, which allows children to play safely. There are four tastefully decorated en-suite bedrooms. It stands close to the Cotswold Way and the Somerset monument in ideal walking country.
