Some time CAMRA Pub of the Year, this lively Georgian Inn, perched beside a busy road, features a convivial lounge with wood-burner, a pub games dominated public bar and a popular skittle alley. Run by the same landlady for over twenty five years, this lovely freehouse features low beamed ceilings, horse brasses and brewery pictures. Fresh flowers grace the immaculate toilets. Well priced pub fayre lunchtimes only. They host a Summer beer festival in the small car park at the front.
