Sitting opposite the old GWR Station this local CAMRA Pub and Cider Pub of the Year has been transformed into a real ale haven. Offering up to eight beers (and ciders) sourced from regional and microbreweries: for the discerning drinker, it's a rare outlet for Corinium Ales. Brewery memorabilia adorns the walls, with pews and a deep-set fireplace adding character. The ceiling is slowly disappearing behind the encroaching pump clip collection. Some snacks such as scotch eggs and sausage rolls may be available at the bar. The small patio at the rear is used for BBQ's during their beer festivals.
