Wetherspoon's sympathetic conversion of the old post office has produced an L-shaped bar with a south-facing walled garden. A comfortable bar with no music produces a relaxing atmosphere in which to enjoy the range of ales. There is an input from the regulars as to the choice of guest ales from Wetherspoon's list, giving a greater variety of guests than in other JDW outlets in Gloucestershire.
