Morans Eating House

Highly regarded as a restaurant but the separate impressive bar has evolved in to a superb ale and wine bar for general socialising and now serves two interesting ales, typically from Timothy Taylors, Wye Valley, Purity, Box Steam or Bespoke. The interesting bar menu including Platters, speciality sandwiches and hand-made cakes are worth contemplating. There's a pleasant conservatory/function room to the rear and outdoor seating in a covered courtyard to the front. Film Appreciation Society on first Monday each month, films at 4 and 7pm. Closed on Sundays and bank holidays except good friday.
