Re-opened in June 2016 after a short major refurb, both inside and out in the courtyard. Horseshoe shaped bar with pool table and darts at the far end and new fitted seating areas to the front. Several sports TV screens around. 4 changing ales now on offer. The outside courtyard has been totally re-built and slightly extended. The pub has been transformed in to a very smart but still traditional local community pub. Popular with several local Pool and Darts teams. Traditional bar snacks available soon but otherwise no food available.
