A long time pub that has been stripped back to the basics with wooden floors and bar and solid wooden furniture though with cosy sofas round the open fire. There is a musical theme, the name comes from 78 records and there is jazz on Sundays evenings along with other events during the week. The food is vegan or vegetarian as are many of the beers, the cask beer coming from Williams Brothers.
