Situated in the heart of Exmouth in the Strand gardens, Franklins offers continental style café culture 7 days a week. An all day breakfast menu is available, and lunches are served from 11am until late. There are two floors, a café-bar downstairs and a restaurant upstairs, where live music is featured. Franklins opens at 6.15am.
