16th-century free house half a mile off the A30 inside the Dartmoor National Park. There is a large central open fire place, and a separate dining area. En-suite accommodation is available. Families and dogs are welcome. Guest beers are from local breweries such as Hunters or Salcombe. Ciders are from Sandford Orchards -- Scrumpy and Rib Tickler.
