Friendly village pub with a great atmosphere. Locally sourced food at reasonable prices is available lunchtime and evenings (Sundays: lunchtime only). Always three real ales are on offer (one low gravity e.g. Exmoor Ale, one medium e.g. Tribute and one stronger such as Dartmoor Jail Alee) plus a wide range of wine. Quiz and Bingo nights take place, and the pub is within walking distance of Exeter Chiefs and Westpoint Exhibition Centre. There are three en-suite bed and breakfast rooms available.
