After several years of closure this city centre pub reopened in 2018, a single large room with one bar it serves between three to six cask ales. There are three, changing, gravity dispensed ciders which are located on the back of the bar along with a vast amount of taps serving keg / craft beer. Entertainment wise there is live music on Fridays, a quiz on Tuesdays and also a pool table that is free to use. Happy 'hour' from 4-6 every open day, and probably all Sunday.
