A 300 year-old village inn, by a medieval stone bridge on the River Culm. A rustic bar leads on to a side room, then through to the restaurant area. The pub has been under completely new ownership and management since November 2014, and has undergone some sympathetic improvements. There is a large car park at the front, including a totem pole and a raised fenced area, which was once a railway goods siding. The beer list is ever changing, with occasional extra ones served under gravity. There is usually one beer from the Otter range.
