This historic 1800s roadside, thatched, multi-room pub is on the B3183 through Heavitree, and is close to two public car parks. A relaxing lounge area is on the right, and the public bar on the left has several rooms and areas offering a variety of seating options. Meals are served every lunchtime, while pies and pasties are available in the evening. Outside, there is a rear courtyard with benches. A popular quiz night is held every Wednesday, and the team hope to make their summer beer festival an annual event.
