OCT 2021 - Now owned by Bruce Group. Not clear if fully reopened as yet. Situated on the historic Royal Mile this bar is on two levels. At street level there is a lounge bar with several small and large wooden-topped tables and a couple of seats at the bar. Downstairs is a stone floored bar used for functions. There is a good range of beers, many from smaller Scottish breweries, with one always offered at a very competitive price. The food menu includes a wide variety of small and larger meal choices with some vegetarian and gluten-free options. NOTE: Oct-Apr, closed Sun. NOTE: Return Trays (AKA Autovacs/Beer Economisers) in use.
