A large, upmarket pub with Victorian interior and interesting facade. Popular with a wide variety of local people who are often drawn in by the excellent food. The large front main panel stained glass windows are in storage and may eventually be restored, but the smaller panes and internal panels are worth a look. NOTE: May not serve alcohol before 11am on Thu-Sun. Also open Mon and Tues 4.30-1am in August and Monday holidays.
