Established in 1895 the pub has undergone various upgrades throughout the years. The current L-shaped layout provides a spacious, warm and friendly atmosphere. The bar is located along the West wall with the dining area on the pubs East side which also leads to the outdoor area. This is a definitive Village Pub which welcomes all, from children, dogs and adults and may include the occasional Punk and Hippie.
