Owned by two Michelin-starred chefs, this bar and restaurant offers upmarket dining in a relaxed, informal atmosphere. Rustic, exposed walls reveal the original features of the building and are adorned with old Scottish recipes and menus, together with a board showing the provenance of much of the food and drink.
