Waterside Bistro

Occupying a picture postcard setting by the old Nungate Bridge, this bistro enjoys views across the River Tyne to historic St Mary's Collegiate Church. Whist the emphasis is on dining, drinkers are warmly welcomed. Food is served all day and there is a children's menu. The bar features a long light oak counter fronted by bar stools and a real ale from Winton, who brew in the town, is served. A great spot for outdoor drinking by the river.
