A large multi-area pub built in a circular pattern around the bar area. Tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished with a mixture of tables, chairs and bench seating along with a few arm chairs. There is plenty of light from the many windows, including large bay windows at the front. The menu offers a good variety of dishes ranging from full meals to lighter bites and is supplemented by a roast on Sunday. It's very much a pub that does food so drinkers are very welcome. The real ales are sold at a reduced price Monday to Wednesday for all customers. Cycle route 1 passes the door.
