JULY 2020 - Now operated by D M Stewart so there may be changed once it reopens after lockdown. A classic Scottish bar in a listed building, on two levels, with dark wooden interior, fine bar gantry and stained/leaded glass windows. It attracts a varied clientele from the local community and those using the adjacent station. It can be very busy when Heart of Midlothian are at home and TV sport is very popular. The upstairs lounge is available for a range of functions and events. The annexe down two steps features wall clocks with international times and a plaque unveiled on 30/11/16 commemorating Ryrie's as the home of the Bay City Rollers! The menu has a traditional Scottish pub fayre theme. Notes: Opens at 12 noon during January and February.
