Bannermans

Located in the catacombs of the Old Town, Bannermans is well known for its live, often rock, music seven nights a week. Tuesday evening is for student karaoke. It consists of a warren of vaulted rooms with bare stone walls, flagstone floors and ceilings draped with flags and posters giving the pub a unique atmosphere. There's a warm welcome for all, but children are not admitted.
