Caley Sample Room

Large one roomed bar with iron pillars and brick walls which resembles the sample cellar at the nearby Caledonian brewery and is subdivided between food and drinking areas. The changing real ales are generally from smaller breweries, and there is an interesting range of bottled beers. The high quality food is popular and is served all day. The atmosphere is usually relaxed but hots up when Hearts are at home. Newspapers are available on Sundays.
