New Charrington pub built 1991 as part of the Liverpool Street Station/Broadgate redevelopment scheme, at colonnade level beneath a large office block replacing the demolished Sir Paul Pindar. Open plan ground floor with first floor lunchtime restaurant doubling as function room in evenings. Briefly named FIRST AND LAST and then converted into a All Bar One by 2010. Also known as 14 Bishopsgate Arcade.
