Dating to the early 19th century, this inn has a nationally important historic pub interior because of the taproom at the rear with its wall-mounted handpulls. Service can be obtained from the front bar, itself a comfortable place to be. There is also a family/games room with a TV. Behind the building is the former brewhouse and the garden. Large cobs and pork pies are sold. The pub is on the main bus route between Wolverhampton and Dudley.
