Enthusiastically run food pub specialising in restaurant meals. Sympathetically modernised, the pub consists of one large u-shaped room for dining complete with an old kitchen range and a drinking area, with plenty of wood and wall lights evident. Good restaurant menu of interesting home-cooked food is served and there are special food events and regular folk/blues/music evenings on Fridays during March to December.
