George Hotel

The George Hotel is one of the beautiful black and white buildings that adorn the small riverside town of Bewdley. It originated as a Merchant's House c1608 and was remodelled in the mid eighteenth century. Part of the Wetherspoon chain, it opens at 7am every day with 6 ales on at any one time, including some changing session beers and the occasional dark ale. On Mondays beers are on offer at £1.99 all day. Beers from local breweries are usually available as well as the usual suspects.
