Mitre Inn

Entering the Mitre (mind your head) is to experience a pub that really knows its role in life. The welcome is warm from Allen and Cheryl who have been at the pub since 1992. There are armchairs in the bar and the beer is sourced both locally and nationally. Flagged floors extend from the bar area to the dining room: well-behaved children are welcome. Outside is an elevated garden. No food is served Mondays. Local version of a Norfolk 'Twister' mounted on the wall - spin for a pint. Landlord has been known to lay temporary skittle alley through the pub in the winter months!
