Excellent pub with widespread reputation for real ale. Can be tricky to find, look for "Stocks Hill"; pub is to the rear of the church. Always 6 real ales on handpump, with real cider too, 2 bars; one equipped for live music and karaoke: No food. Winner of several local camra awards including a former Pub of the Year.
