This friendly hostelry welcomes dogs,children and well behaved people. The one room pub has a pool table and dart board away from the bar and the outside space has been utilised to a maximum with seating that attracts large numbers in fine weather. Up to seven real ales available along with keg beers, bottled beers, lagers, gins, wines and spirits. There is a monthly quiz night and live music at the weekends. CAMRA members get a 10p discount and there is a 50p discount between 4 and 6 pm( Monday to Friday ) available to all drinkers, this applies to all cask beers.
