All visitors are made welcome at this small and very friendly club which is situated next to the Yorkshire Waterways Museum and the Calder Canal. Near the docks area of Goole. It is popular with walkers and, perhaps obviously, boaters. There are visitor mooring right outside the Club and ample outdoor seating by the canal. Thwaites Original has proven so popular it’s become the regular beer, supplemented by an ever changing guest beer. Mondays feature a guitar night when anybody can join in, playing or singing along acoustically. On Thursdays films are shown on a big screen, on Fridays Fish n Chip n home made mushy peas are served from 6pm and on Saturdays it’s quiz, bingo/open the box and karaoke later in the evening, which is very popular. Darts, table tennis and pool are played in the separate games room which can be used for functions. Freshly made sandwiches are available.
