Roadside Pub and Restaurant in the Rainton Bridge Area of Houghton le Spring. Comprises a bar with pool tables to the left of main entrance and to the right is a comfortable lounge. Towards the rear is a restaurant and patio area Meals are served from an extensive menu, including regular specials.. There are three handpulls in the bar and the lounge - two in use at last visit. A quiz is held every Tuesday night and there is a large car park. The bus stop outside the door has regular services to Durham and Sunderland
