Centrally located in Melborne's old Midland Bank premises. It is owned by a group of local real ale enthusiasts who serve you at your table. The building has been sympathetically restored and consists of two rooms, a main drinking area and a meeting room for local groups. It is South Derbyshire's first micro-pub and usually has four gravity dispensed beers, real cider, wine and soft drinks on sale. There's a range of snacks sourced from small producers and beers are available in third of a pint taster racks. Sunday opening hours apply on Bank Holidays. Due to a licensing condition, no one under the age eighteen is allowed on the premises. Reading glasses can be loaned for free.
