This late 19th-century locals pub was substantially rebuilt in the early 1900s, and completely refurbished in 2003, inside and outside. The interior comprises a large L-shaped single room, with distinct 'bar' and 'lounge' areas: the former has a wooden floor and incorporates a pool table, the lounge is more comfortably furnished. New licensees in 2021 have re-introduced food and orientated the pub as family-friendly.
