Blue Cap

Dating back to the 1700's this roadside inn is named after a hunting hound, Blue Cap, believed to have been the fastest in the country at the time. Now much extended and part of the Chef & Brewer chain situated alongside the Northwich (Sandiway) Premier Inn. The rotating guest beers are often LocAle, either from Cheshire breweries or other counties adjoining Cheshire's borders and are supplied via BeerFlex, SIBA's Direct Delivery Scheme.
