Red Lion

In the centre of the village opposite the church The Red Lion is a friendly country pub with an L-shaped bar area incorporating a small snug area with an open fire. Subject to a refurbishment in Autumn 2019 the former pool room has become a room with a woodburner which can be used for private parties. The internal decor and soft furnishings have been given a more relaxed, comfortable feel. A variety of Robinson’s beers are on offer and food is served throughout the main room. The elevated beer garden and bowling green are very pleasant on warm summer evenings. Handy for Oulton Park Events. Over the Winter the pub is closed between 2.30 and 5.30 pm.
