This traditional-style community pub is set on the outskirts of Deal town centre. Following refurbishment it provides a pleasant environment for a drink and a meal. With its four rooms, including a restaurant and garden lounge it can support a variety of events and functions. It is very family-oriented, with a large play area in the garden. Two ales are usually available, from national breweries. The pub supports darts teams and sponsors local football and cricket teams. Live entertainment events are held every Saturday.
